As a corollary, I might add that in a customer&#039;s mind that &quot;Value is the minimization of waste.&quot; Customers sense or have a feeling of value towards a product or service when they feel that their money is not being spent towards items that frankly don&#039;t provide them any measurable benefit.

As a corporate trainer whose primary responsibility is integrating our clients to our CRM system, I would estimate that 90 percent of my ultimate role is eliminating &quot;waste&quot; and maximizing efficiency for our clients&#039; business process. </description>
