		<description>I think analyzing the underlying causes is a great idea, something deeper that often gets skipped when we talk about personal productivity. I&#039;d love to know which techniques you recommend (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Root_cause_analysis#Root_cause_analysis_techniques), and to see some example applications and results. I&#039;d also like to hear your thoughts on the &quot;bottom up&quot; idea - we have to get on top of the calls, demands, etc. before our awareness can move up a level.</description>

Organizations prove every day that we don&#039;t solve problems by giving people more information. The heart of effective critical thinking is knowing how to process information, intelligence, and experience toward effective cause analysis or whatever critical thinking process is needed.
